“I am a physical therapist and have explored alternative healing methods for 25 years (half my career). Based on my three Eden Energy Medicine sessions with Shveta, I can say that she is very highly skilled in the work she does--she's a "natural"-- and that the Eden Method is outstanding. Various aspects of the Eden method remind me of no less than nine other treatment approaches that I've experienced or studied, i.e. it is very comprehensive. Also, it incorporates detailed on-going evaluation which directs the work to the most important areas--it is individualized, not "cookie cutter" treatment. Energy work can be subtle but it is often very effective. For example, one of my patients told me a week after her first session with Shveta that she didn’t feel anything happen during the treatment (some people do; some don't)--but in the week since she had unexpectedly felt significantly calmer and more grounded.
